Take your company to the 12h challenge
Saas-Grund, Switzerland | March 22, 2025
Turn team building into a life-changing experience. Push your limits with a 12-hour ski and snowboard relay race, and together with your colleagues, contribute contribute to a good cause. Challenge yourself, push your limits and do something good for another.
As a team of 3, you choose the challenge that suits your ambitions: Fun, Distance or Tour. Together with your colleagues, you have to set up a crowdfunding campaign leading up to the event. Each team needs to raise a minimum of €1,500 (€500 per person). This funding will finance the Mentelity Games: an unforgettable week in the mountains, where people with disabilities develop new strengths.

How to participate
Will you follow the example of this company?
Last March, Vanbreda Risk & Benefits B.V. participated with 12 colleagues in the 12-hour Challenge. Divided into four teams, the colleagues took on the challenge of skiing or snowboarding for 12 hours in a relay race.
Coen van Ham (general manager) talks about his experience: "With our participation we helped a young lady (Lies Kroeze) to be able to snowboard again after her leg amputation and at the same time we gave a very concrete impulse to the social commitment of our employees and our company. This has inspired us enormously and we have really started to look differently at people with disabilities."
