We also motivate people with a challenge to get moving and push boundaries. During our challenging (board sports) activities, we show people that they are capable of more than they think. And in doing so, we not only change people's lives, but also make society look differently at people with physical challenges. 

Job Description & Activities.
Will you join our young, energetic and enthusiastic team at Bibian Mentel Foundation?
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer for 32 hours per week.

As a Marketing & Communications Officer, you will be responsible for the communication strategy and rolling out our marketing/communications calendar. You will take our communications to the next level and ensure that all marketing channels are aligned. Your goal is that every step we take is visually and textually visible to our current target audience: participants, donors and partners. You will also create a plan for attracting new audiences.... 

Your duties will include the following tasks:

• You are responsible for drawing up and implementing the Marketing & Communication strategy in line with our annual plans
• You are creative with writing and enjoy being in touch with our target audience for latest news and updates
• You keep our website up to date, experience with wordpress is a plus
• You will write (short) stories about our projects and stakeholders and make sure they reach our supporters 
• You will be present at all events we organize, reporting and providing media impact 
• You will build a dossier of our Re-abled participants for scientific evidence to The Hague and health insurers
• You will direct our Content Creator on rolling out the social media schedule

Employee Profile.
We expect you to have a completed HBO education and 3 years of relevant work experience. You are proactive, can work independently as well as in a team, are creative and have good communication skills. You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing and of course you have affinity with our mission. We are looking for a colleague with an enterprising and proactive attitude who can't wait to show the world who the Bibian Mentel Foundation is.

We offer and require flexible working hours, also because our boardsports events take place partly on weekends. You will also travel with us to our event in Switzerland and work in a small, dynamic team.

In addition, we offer you a competitive salary, we regularly lunch together at our office in Bilthoven and you can drink unlimited coffee with your colleagues. Working from home is possible, but we also find it important to see each other regularly at the office.
