Bibian Mentel Snowboard School

Would you like to learn how to snowboard? Then come take snowboard lessons at the Bibian Mentel Snowboardschool and learn snowboarding with a physical challenge. Lessons are offered at various locations in the Netherlands on SnowWorld's tracks. Teachers trained by the Bibian Mentel Foundation will show you that snowboarding with a physical challenge is possible.

Lessons with a physical challenge
During the lessons at the Bibian Mentel Snowboard School, participants receive personal guidance and tips and tricks on how to best snowboard in their specific situation. Whether you have a prosthesis or reduced muscle strength in your legs; during our two-hour lessons, Mentelity instructors look at the possibilities to help you get you down the mountain in the best possible way.

Lesson locations and packages
Lessons are currently offered at SnowWorld Zoetermeer in two blocks of ten lessons. See below for an overview of the lesson times and different packages.

Zoetermeer
Classes are held at SnowWorld Zoetermeer on Sunday mornings from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. In spring 2024, classes will start on Sunday, March 3, 2024. The last lesson before the summer break will then be on June 2. September 22, 2024 the second block of classes will start.

March: 3 (start of teaching block), 10
April: 7, 14, 21
May: 5, 12, 19, 26
June: 2 (end of block)

Fall 2024
September: 22 (start of teaching block), 29
October: 6, 13, 20
November: 3, 10, 17, 24
December: 1 (end of block)

Packages
It is possible to purchase discharge lessons or buy a package directly for several lessons. Prices for lessons and packages include track access, snowboard and snowboard boots. We also offer a special package of a lesson package combined with a ticket to the Mentelity Games in Switzerland. More information about the Mentelity Games can be found here!
